If you follow our social media activities at DexLab Analytics, then you must be aware of our recent event held last Sunday, on 18th September, 2016. We had welcomed people from all around the globe to join us at our Machine Learning training demo session which was completely free to join.
We are glad to announce that we have received a huge response from professionals around the world who made our event a complete full house! The total number of participants in the event was more than 50 people who had logged in from their own isolated remote locations to hear our instructor’s take on Machine Learning.
Our course has a unique approach where we will teach Machine Learning using Spark and Python, which is a first in India. The course syllabus will include introductory classes for both Python and Spark as well for those who are unaware of this software.
The audience included notable professionals interested in making use of Machine Learning and data analysis from major multinationals like Capegemini, Tata Consultancy Services, United Health, HSBC and Bajaj, to either improve their company operations or to switch into a different department with data analysis.
We believe our unique endeavour emerged out successfully with flying colours, as we had used an interactive platform with GoTo Meeting where participants could ask their queries and communicate with the instructor directly, just like a physical classroom.
Team DexLab Analytics would like to extend their gratefulness for helping us make this event a success with the help of our patient attendees. We hope to do more such events with minimal to no entry fees as we firmly believe in spreading analytics literacy among the people in this age of Big Data boom.
We would like to announce that the new batch for Machine Learning training is set to start from the 24th of September, 2016. The first machine learning training class will start at 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. While this is the schedule for the first class, future classes will come with a flexible schedule including provision for weekend classes as well.
Moreover, if a candidate misses one class, then they can avail for a recorded audio tape for the same to keep up with the course and not miss out anything. All these classes will be held online at a live and interactive platform, with similar level of free communications as was done at the demo session. We have gone to great lengths to prepare online mode of instruction that is as interactive as a physical classroom if not more.
